Samagri Terms and Conditions:
1. Agreement
These Samagri Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form the entire agreement between Ranade Guruji (“We / Us / Guruji”) and the Customer (“You / Your / Client”) regarding the provision and use of pooja materials (“Samagri”) for religious rituals performed by Guruji.
By booking a pooja service or accepting the Samagri, you agree to these Terms.
2. Samagri Categories
All pooja materials are divided into three categories:
1. Fresh Offerings
Includes perishable items such as vida/paan leaves, garlands, flowers, mithai, naivedya, fruits, milk, curd, ghee, coconut, and other fresh offerings listed in the Samagri list for that pooja.
2. Household Items
Standard items required for pooja, such as plates, bowls, lamps, incense, diya, cloth, matchbox/lighter, and other household pooja essentials listed in the Samagri list for that pooja.
3. Specific Pooja / Ritual Samagri
Specialized materials required for the particular pooja, such as havan samagri, ritual powders, threads, tools, or mantra books
These will be provided by Ranade Guruji only if purchased or booked while booking the ritual online.
3. Responsibility for Samagri
1. Fresh offerings and household items must always be arranged by the devotee as per the Samagri list for that pooja.
2. Specific pooja / ritual samagri will be supplied by Ranade Guruji only if booked online in advance.
4. Samagri Availability & Quality
1. Devotees must ensure that fresh offerings are fresh and of good quality on the day of the pooja.
2. Any shortage or unavailability of fresh offerings or household items does not constitute cancellation or refund.
3. Guruji will bring only the specific ritual samagri booked online for the pooja.
5. Use of Samagri
1. Samagri is intended solely for religious and ritual purposes and must not be used for resale or any commercial purpose.
6. Pricing & Fees
1. Prices for Samagri and pooja services may change without prior notice.
2. Fees for Samagri are separate from the dakshina offered to Guruji, unless otherwise specified.
7. Modifications
1. Ranade Guruji reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
2. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
8. Applicable Law
1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
2. Any dispute will be subject to the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
