These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings, pooja services, rituals, consultations, and virtual offerings provided by Ranade Guruji (“We / Us / Guruji”) through this website or other communication channels. By booking any service or using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
1. Customer / Client / You: The individual booking or using rituals or services.
2. Services: All in‑person rituals, poojas, havans, yagnas, virtual rituals, astrology, numerology, and Kundli matching services offered by Ranade Guruji.
3. Virtual Services: Rituals, havans, or consultations delivered online through video call, livestream, or digital means for clients outside the base location.
2. Services Offered
Ranade Guruji personally provides the following services:
1. In‑Person Rituals & Poojas (e.g., Abhishek, Anushthan, Vivah, Havan, Yagna)
2. Virtual Services — selected rituals and ceremonies conducted online for clients outside Guruji’s location
3. Astrology Services — Kundli/Birth Chart analysis, planetary guidance
4. Kundli Milan / Horoscope Matching
5. Numerology Services — name, life path, and purpose analysis
These services are offered by Guruji individually; there is no third‑party aggregator involved.
3. Bookings, Confirmation and Muhurat
1. Services must be booked in advance either through the website or direct contact with Guruji.
2. A booking is confirmed only after Guruji acknowledges the request and payment status.
3. Ritual times (muhurat) may be scheduled based on Vedic timing and availability.
4. For virtual services, clients must provide accurate information (names, dates, birth details) required for correct execution.
4. Payment Terms
1. Payment methods accepted include UPI, bank transfer, online payment gateways, or as specified at checkout.
2. Services are billed as per the package selected; prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Bookings are only confirmed post payment; pending payments may result in cancellation of the slot.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or messaging.
2. If you cancel well before the scheduled date, refund eligibility will follow the policy communicated at booking.
3. If Guruji cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or rescheduled service.
4. For virtual services, refunds depend on the timing of cancellation — no refund once the ritual or consultation has started.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
1. Provide accurate personal information, names, dates, and birth details for astrology and virtual rituals.
2. Ensure timely arrangements (location, internet connectivity for virtual sessions).
3. Arrange Fresh Offerings and Household Items as per the Samagri Terms & Conditions (separate document).
4. Be present or represented at the scheduled time for rituals or consultations.
Incorrect or incomplete information from the client may invalidate the ritual or guidance results.
7. Use of Services and Content
1. All material on the website, including rituals descriptions, guides, and content, is owned by Ranade Guruji.
2. You agree not to copy, distribute, reproduce, or use content for commercial purposes without written consent.
3. You may not use the website or services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
1. Guruji does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from rituals, astrology, numerology, or any services. Spiritual results depend on faith and divine will.
2. Guruji is not liable for losses arising from incorrect fresh offerings, household items, faulty internet connections, or client‑provided inaccurate information.
3. Guruji shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from services provided.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Services may be interrupted or delayed due to unforeseen factors (technical, scheduling, etc.), and Guruji makes no guarantee against such events.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ranade Guruji from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
1. Your breach of these Terms
2. Use of services or misuse of content
3. False or incomplete information provided by you
11. Personal Data and Communication
By using this website and services, you consent to:
1. Receiving service notifications, confirmations, or ritual guidance from Guruji.
2. Email, SMS, or call communications needed for service fulfillment or clarification.
3. Personal data use in accordance with the Privacy Policy already published on the website.
No promotional messaging will be sent without consent.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
13. Modifications
Ranade Guruji reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
